Welcome to Fuuse, a lightweight image synthesis tool designed to help you create creative group photos. This User Agreement outlines the terms and conditions that govern your use of Fuuse and its related services. By downloading, installing, opening, or using the App and Services, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please do not use the App or any of its Services. It is important to note that Fuuse strictly does not collect, store, use, or share any of your facial data or personal biometric information, and only users who are 18 years of age or older are allowed to use the App and its Services.
Fuuse is an image synthesis application that allows you to create natural-looking group photos by uploading two portrait images, which our AI model blends together. You may also add background images from your device’s photo library, camera, or the App’s built-in templates to create personalized compositions. The Services include, but are not limited to, image synthesis, local storage of synthesized works (via the App’s Gallery feature), in-app purchases for synthesis credits and subscriptions, and customer support. Fuuse does not collect any facial information from the portrait images you upload or capture, and only users aged 18 or older are eligible to use all these Services, in line with our age restriction policy.
We are constantly working to improve the App and Services, so we may add, modify, or remove features from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes to the Services, but you are responsible for checking this Agreement periodically for updates. Your continued use of the App after any changes to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Throughout all these updates and improvements, Fuuse will始终 adhere to its policy of not collecting any facial data or biometric information, and the age restriction of 18 years old will remain unchanged to ensure compliance with our usage rules.
To use Fuuse and its Services, you must be at least 18 years of age—this age limit is uniform for all users, and no exceptions will be made for users under 18 years old, regardless of parental or guardian permission. By using the App, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, that any information you provide (if applicable) is accurate and truthful, and you acknowledge that Fuuse does not collect any of your facial data or personal biometric information at any point during your use of the App.
You agree to use the App and Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, and this Agreement. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the App if we reasonably believe you are under 18 years of age, do not meet the eligibility requirements, or are using the App in violation of this Agreement. Additionally, we want to reiterate that Fuuse never collects facial information, so even if you are eligible to use the App, your facial data will never be collected, stored, or used by us.
Unlike many apps, Fuuse does not require you to create an account, register, or provide any personal information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) to use the Services. You can download the App and start using all its core features immediately, without any login or registration process—this means you have full access to image synthesis, the Gallery, and other basic features without sharing any personal identification information, and Fuuse will not collect any facial information from you at any time, even without an account. This age restriction for using the App is 18 years old, and all users without an account must still meet this age requirement.
Since no account is required, you are solely responsible for your use of the App on your device. If you share your device with others, you agree to take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized use of the App by third parties (especially those under 18 years of age, who are prohibited from using the App), and you will be held responsible for any actions taken through the App on your device. Regardless of who uses the App on your device (provided they are 18 years old or older), Fuuse will not collect any facial information from any user, ensuring consistent privacy protection.
When using Fuuse and its Services (which are only available to users 18 years of age or older), you agree to the following rules to ensure a positive experience for all users and to protect the App and its functionality. It is important to emphasize that at no point will Fuuse collect your facial information, whether you are uploading images, capturing photos, or using any other feature of the App.
4.1 Permission Requirements: To use the App’s core features, you may need to grant the App access to your device’s photo library, camera, and local storage. These permissions are required to allow you to upload or capture portrait and background images, and to save your synthesized works locally. You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time through your device’s settings, but revoking a permission may limit your ability to use certain features of the App. Even when accessing your photo library or camera, Fuuse does not collect any facial information from the images you select or capture, and only users 18 years of age or older are permitted to grant these permissions and use the related features.
4.2 Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the App or Services for any illegal, harmful, or inappropriate purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, uploading or capturing images that are offensive, violent, pornographic, discriminatory, or infringing on the rights of others (such as copyright or privacy rights). You also agree not to use the App to create content that is misleading, defamatory, or harmful to others. As a user who is 18 years of age or older, you are responsible for ensuring your use of the App complies with these rules, and you can rest assured that Fuuse will not collect any facial information from any of the images you upload or create.
4.3 No Unauthorized Modification: You agree not to modify, alter, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or tamper with the App or any of its code, features, or functionality. You also agree not to use any third-party software, tools, or scripts to manipulate the App or Services, or to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App. Such unauthorized actions violate this Agreement and may result in termination of your access to the App (which is only available to users 18 years of age or older), and we want to clarify that even if you engage in such actions, Fuuse still does not collect any facial information from you or your device.
4.4 Personal, Non-Commercial Use: The App and Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use only (and only for users 18 years of age or older). You may not use the App to create content for commercial purposes (such as advertising, marketing, or selling products) without our prior written permission. You also may not share, distribute, or sell the App or its features to any third party. Throughout your personal, non-commercial use of the App, Fuuse will never collect your facial information, ensuring your privacy is protected at all times.
5.1 Ownership of the App: Fuuse and all its intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, the App’s code, design, logo, name, AI model, built-in templates, and all other content owned by us) are the exclusive property of our team. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App and Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with this Agreement—this license is only granted to users who are 18 years of age or older, and it does not give you any ownership rights to the App or its intellectual property. Importantly, this license does not involve any collection of your facial information, as Fuuse has a strict policy of not collecting facial data or biometric information.
5.2 Your Content: You retain full ownership of all images you upload, capture, or create using the App (including the original portrait images and the synthesized group photos). By using the App (which is only available to users 18 years of age or older), you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the image synthesis service you request. We do not claim any ownership rights to your content, and we will not use your content for any other purpose (such as AI model training, marketing, or sharing with third parties) without your explicit permission—nor will we collect any facial information from your content at any point.
5.3 Built-in Templates: The App’s built-in background templates are owned by us, and you may use them solely for creating synthesized group photos within the App (and only if you are 18 years of age or older). You may not download, copy, share, or use these templates outside of the App without our prior written permission. When using these built-in templates in combination with your uploaded images, Fuuse will not collect any facial information from your portraits, maintaining our commitment to privacy protection.
Fuuse offers two types of payment options to access its synthesis features: coins for individual synthesis and subscription plans for unlimited synthesis—these options are only available to users who are 18 years of age or older. All purchases are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system, and we do not collect or store any of your payment information (such as credit card details). Additionally, Fuuse does not collect any facial information from you, even when you make in-app purchases or subscribe to our services, ensuring your privacy is protected during all interactions with the App.
6.1 Coins: Coins are a virtual currency within the App that can be purchased to pay for individual image synthesis tasks—only users 18 years of age or older may purchase and use coins. Coins are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. Coins do not expire, but they will be lost if you uninstall the App or delete your device’s local data. When you use coins to create synthesized photos, Fuuse will not collect any facial information from the images you upload, adhering to our privacy policy.
6.2 Subscriptions: Subscription plans provide unlimited image synthesis, no watermarks on synthesized works, and priority customer support—these benefits are only available to users 18 years of age or older. Subscriptions are auto-renewing, meaning they will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (weekly, monthly, or annually, depending on the plan you choose) unless you cancel the subscription through your Apple account settings. You will be charged the current subscription fee at the time of renewal. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods. Throughout your subscription period, Fuuse will not collect any facial information from you, ensuring your privacy is maintained while you enjoy the subscription benefits.
6.3 Refunds: All in-app purchases (coins and subscriptions) are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law—this policy applies to all users 18 years of age or older. If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have experienced a technical issue with a purchase, please contact us using the contact information provided at the end of this Agreement, and we will review your request. At no point during the purchase or refund process will Fuuse collect your facial information, as we do not gather any facial data under any circumstances.
All synthesized group photos you create using the App (which is only available to users 18 years of age or older) are saved locally on your device (in the App’s Gallery feature). We do not upload your synthesized works to our servers, and we do not have access to these files. You have full control over your synthesized works: you can view them, delete them, favorite them, or share them directly from your device. Importantly, Fuuse does not collect any facial information from your synthesized works or any other images stored in the Gallery, ensuring your facial privacy is protected at all times.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your synthesized works, including but not limited to loss due to device failure, accidental deletion, or uninstallation of the App. We recommend that you back up your synthesized works to an external storage device or cloud service if you wish to keep them long-term. As a user 18 years of age or older, you are responsible for managing your own synthesized works, and you can trust that Fuuse will not collect any facial information from these works or your device.
We strive to provide a reliable and high-quality App and Services for users 18 years of age or older, but we cannot guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. We are not liable for any issues caused by the App, including but not limited to: technical glitches, delays in image synthesis, loss of content, or damage to your device. It is important to note that even if technical issues occur, Fuuse still does not collect any facial information from you, and our commitment to not gathering facial data remains unchanged.
We are also not liable for any content you create or upload using the App (as a user 18 years of age or older), including any claims that your content infringes on the rights of others or violates applicable laws. You are solely responsible for your content and any consequences that may arise from its creation, use, or sharing. Fuuse does not collect any facial information from your content, so we cannot be held liable for any issues related to facial data collection (as we do not engage in such practices).
Fuuse is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind (express or implied), for users 18 years of age or older. We do not warrant that the App will meet your expectations, be compatible with your device, or be free of viruses or other harmful components. Despite these limitations, we remain committed to our policy of not collecting any facial information, ensuring your privacy is protected to the fullest extent possible.
You may stop using the App and Services (which are only available to users 18 years of age or older) at any time, for any reason, by uninstalling the App from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App and Services at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated this Agreement, engaged in illegal or harmful behavior, are under 18 years of age, or otherwise abused the App or Services. Upon termination, Fuuse will not retain any of your information, including facial data (which we never collected in the first place).
Upon termination of your access to the App, any coins you have purchased will be lost, and any active subscriptions will be cancelled (but no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods). Your synthesized works saved locally on your device will remain on your device unless you uninstall the App or delete them. Even after termination, it is important to remember that Fuuse never collected any facial information from you during your use of the App, so there is no facial data to retain or delete.
We may update this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes to the App, Services, or applicable rules—all updates will continue to apply only to users 18 years of age or older, and will maintain our policy of not collecting any facial information. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by displaying a notice within the App or by other reasonable means. The updated Agreement will take effect immediately upon notification, and your continued use of the App after the notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend that you review this Agreement periodically to stay informed of any changes, and rest assured that our commitment to not collecting facial information will remain consistent in all updates.
